Prior maintenance experience isn't required when starting at Ruan. That's because we've built strong relationships with several certified maintenance training schools across the country, and they provide the background training and technical experience necessary to start a successful career.

With several thousand power units to maintain at more than 100 service locations, Ruan has invested in today's best diagnostic equipment. No matter which facility, our mechanics have the diagnostic equipment necessary to solve today's maintenance challenges.
