"We produce 45,000 to 50,000 gallons of milk a day that goes from the cow and is immediately cooled in the plate cooler and right onto a Ruan tanker. That provides retailers with a higher quality product for longer shelf life. We have as many as nine Ruan trucks a day that deliver our milk to the processor. The truck drivers are always polite and courteous, and they overcome some of the road challenges that we face in the Midwest in the winter.
