Our truck drivers are at the very core of our business, and we are thankful for the role they play in serving our customers and advancing our country’s supply chains every day. For this reason, we proudly recognize our safest and most customer focused professional drivers each year as part of our Driver of the Year program.
Our Driver of the Year program is an important way to recognize exemplary driving performance at the operational, regional, and national levels within our organization. Operations-level nominations were submitted earlier this year, and we are pleased to announce the names of those 161 professional drivers who have earned the title of 2022 Driver of the Year Finalist.
In May, we will announce the names of 12 finalists selected by their vice presidents of operations as Winners’ Circle honorees, who will travel to our Des Moines Campus headquarters in Des Moines, IA, in September for our annual Driver and Operation of the Year events. There, one driver will be named our 2022 Driver of the Year, earning a trophy and $5,000 cash award!
