Ruan Resource Guide

We recognize that through the transition period, you will have questions and concerns that we may not have fully addressed in the announcement meeting or the packet provided to you. It is important that we know of these concerns and get you the information you need as quickly as possible. The Ruan team is ready to support you and your family. Please use the following resources as contacts to get answers to your questions.

1. Ruan Operation Contacts:
   A Ruan manager has made a commitment to be available to you as a resource for any questions or concerns you may have as you make the transition to Ruan. While they may not have an immediate answer to every question, they will get the information or contact necessary to address your question.

   This special Ruan web site has been set up to contain all of the information provided to you at the announcement meeting. This is also the site where you will complete your driver application.
3. Ruan's Human Resources Benefit Hotline (1-800-845-6675)
   The Ruan Human Resources Hotline is staffed with experienced employees prepared and ready to address any questions you have regarding the Ruan provided benefits package and other general employment or policy questions. Our Hotline is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. If you are unable to call during this time, please leave a message, and we'll call you back at a time that fits your schedule. Questions from spouses are welcome as well.

4. Ruan Driver Recruiting Center (1-800-879-7826)
   Our team of recruiting professionals is ready to answer any questions you may have regarding the on-boarding process at Ruan. They are available if you have any questions about our on-line driver application or want to follow-up on the status of your driver application File.
5. Ruan Benefits By Choice
   To view a presentation explaining the Ruan medical plans, along with comparison examples, please click on the following link: Explanation of Medical Plans. When prompted, enter your name and e-mail address. There is no password so you may leave that field blank.
