The announcement of Steel & Pipe Supply's plan to transition transportation services to Ruan will raise many questions from you and your colleagues. This website is intended to help answer those questions and provide you with information about where to go if you don't find the answer here.

Steel & Pipe Supply has a long history of providing the highest level of customer service. You will find that same culture of service at Ruan. Our team is made up of more than 3,800 professional, dedicated and safe drivers. We pride ourselves on being among the best transportation teams in the industry, and as a result, we believe we have the best customer relationships in our industry. We hope that many of you will have the opportunity to help Ruan add Steel & Pipe Supply to our list of long-term customer relationships.

At Ruan, our business centers on and revolves around you — the driver. Because our core business is transportation, our key role is the professional driver. There is nothing more important to us than what you do: meeting our customer's transportation needs safely and efficiently.

Of course, Ruan requires certain qualifications of all of its drivers, and some may not meet these requirements. However, we sincerely hope you do, and we will help you work through the application process and keep you informed through the qualifying process. Change is not easy. There will be bumps in the road as Steel & Pipe Supply's transportation work is transitioned to Ruan. But, we will deal with those bumps and overcome them. In fact, we will look to each of our new drivers to help smooth the transition. And going forward, we will especially look to those with Team One experience for insight on how best to serve Steel & Pipe Supply and its transportation needs.
