2020 Spring / Summer Internship Program – Supply Chain
 
Ruan places talented, diverse undergraduate students in internship positions that offer a wide variety of experience. We have several openings to place interns within Ruan’s Logistics teams for the spring / summer of 2020.
 
  • This is an approximate 10-week program for both Spring and Summer 2020.
  • This is a Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week opportunity – PAID!
  • You will work out of our downtown Corporate Headquarters.
  • Work with multiple teams within the Ruan Supply Chain department to learn about daily processes and efficiencies while shadowing operations managers and applying your knowledge and skills.
  • Get hands-on experience as you learn how to manage freight and explore supply chain initiatives. 
  • Sit with Ruan senior leaders at round tables and bring your classroom experiences into the real world. 
 
Requirements;
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Experience with leadership and teamwork, especially outside the classroom.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and through written documents.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to be highly organized.
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects.
  • Relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
