IT Support & Service Analyst
 
Assess and troubleshoot intermediate to advanced support issues while applying understanding of modern software, hardware, systems, and applications. Participate in on-call rotation for support outside of core hours.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate IT issues. Fulfill IT requests.
  • Create and maintain accurate records and technical documentation.
  • Personally facilitate escalation and completion of high-priority incidents, problems, and requests
  • Perform technical cross-training with team members.
  • Perform other specialized task in relation to established career development plans.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a service desk, help desk, call center, or contact center role.
  • Intermediate knowledge of hardware, software, networking, database, and web applications. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
