Chad will focus on enhancing and supporting Ruan’s Megasafe program, a comprehensive system that guides training, safety meetings, and overall field safety. Chad will lead his team in ensuring Ruan’s compliance with all safety regulations at our field operations. Additionally, Chad will oversee continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and drive efficiency across our operations.

Each of these leaders represent great examples to our organization of dedication, commitment, and drive to succeed.”
