Ruan's Technology Apprenticeship Program

We want our people to make a difference both at work and in their communities, and we achieve this through our U.S. Department of Labor registered apprenticeship program, our technology internship program that partners with local colleges and universities, in-classroom participation at Iowa State University, our internal mentorship program, and individual coaching and development efforts.

Our scope of operation allows a unique opportunity to engage with at least five different service lines; creating space for team members to use critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving as we deliver technology solutions that drive our business forward.
