About the Job
Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers based in Dallas Metro, TX, to haul retail store product to and from stores various facilities for our dedicated customer Target! These positions can be drop and hook, driver assist load and live unload freight! This Startup operation is an expansion with our Target retail operation team; we are looking for immediate hires
Pay
Earn an average of $75,000 - $78, 000 per year, paid by activity-based pay, miles, and stops and some hourly depending on activity. This account provides a $50 safety and performance weekly bonus!
Schedule
Be home daily with a five-day workweek! We're hiring for p.m. start times between 6-10 p.m. to cover 10-to-12-hour shifts. Drivers will average 45 to 50 hours per week. Available schedules are Wednesday to Sunday , Thursdday to Monday or Friday to Tuesday. Weekends are required.
Equipment
Drive well maintained automatic equipment while hauling product in 53' dry van trailers. Drivers will use a pallet jack for loading 4 to 6 pallets at each stop.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 22 years or older

No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)

No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

Additional qualifications will apply

With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired

9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
