About the Job
Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Grand Rapids, MI, to haul auto parts in dry van trailers for our dedicated customer, Advance Auto Parts. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at

Pay
Get paid weekly earning activity-based pay at $.548 cents per mile and $25 per stop. Drivers are averaging $90,000 per year. We are also offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus with the first payment after 30 days!
Schedule
Enjoy a home weekly schedule working 5 days per week with weekends off. Drivers are mostly home daily with layovers 3 nights during the week. Drivers depart Monday night starting at 6 p.m. working 8-12 hour shifts. Drivers will deliver multi-stop store deliveries in Northern Michigan and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
Equipment
Drivers are operating new automatic Freightliner daycabs. This position requires driver unload at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack. Hazmat is required.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 22 years or older
-
No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)

No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired

9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years

Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
