About the Job

Ruan is looking for Class A CDL drivers to be based in Tyler, TX to yard spot and shuttle dry van trailers for our dedicated customer, Trane. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Get paid weekly earning $20.85 per hour with overtime pay after 40 hours per week.

Schedule

Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule! We're currently hiring for first shift from 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. There is also potential for overtime work when covering for vacancies on other shifts.

Equipment

Yard drivers will utilize a yard tractor to spot 53’ dry van trailers. Shuttle drivers will utilize day cabs to shuttle trailers between warehouses. Class A CDL is required and previous yard experience is preferred, but not required. After completing orientation, drivers receive a work boot voucher for a new pair of boots.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
