About the Job
Ruan is hiring a CDL Class A delivery drivers to haul and deliver freight for our dedicated customer, based in Metairie, LA. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.
Pay
Get paid weekly while earning $70,000 average annual.
- $0.673 per mile, 1504 average number of miles per week
- $21.70 per stop, 15 average number of stops per week
Schedule
Be home daily with a Sunday through Friday night schedule and 6 p.m. start time. Drivers will work 5-6 days per week depending on vacations and time off schedules. 10-11-hour shifts. Driver will need to be willing to work out of the Baton Rouge location if needed. Paid for travel to Baton Rouge along with hotel/rental car and per diem.
Equipment
Haul freight in a 48' tractor-trailer and rail gate and 26-foot box truck. Manual load and unload (carts on wheels).

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- Additional qualifications will apply
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
- 9 months tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
