About the Job

Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Columbus, MS, to haul hazmat materials with tanker trailers for our dedicated customer. Drivers on this account will be responsible for the loading and unloading of product, handling hoses, and operating the pump. Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required and Ruan will provide paid training. Pay

Earn an average of $72,000+ per year! Drivers are guaranteed $1,400 for a five-day workweek. 

Schedule

This position is mainly home daily with 1 required night out every 2 weeks. Drivers may be required to work a 6th day with varied days schedule and reset time off. This position has varying morning start times.

Equipment

Drive an assigned Day Cab with Hazmat tankers of cryogenic liquids. Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required and Ruan will provide paid training.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
