About the Job

Ruan is hiring local Class A CDL drivers to be based in Henderson, NV, to haul bread and cake products in dry van trailers for our dedicated customer, Flowers. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Get paid weekly while earning $246.75 per day flat rate for runs and $25.73 per hour for yard spotting. Drivers are averaging $1,230+ per week. Drivers can earn up to $70,000 - $72,000 per year.

Schedule

Enjoy being home daily on this account! We're looking for a floater who is flexible to work with varying start times and have 2 split days off. The driver would cover vacations, call offs, local depot runs, spotter for customer trailers, etc. Shifts are typically working 8–12 hour shifts.

Equipment

Drive late-model Freightliner Day Cabs with 53' dry van trailers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
  • Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
  • Additional qualifications will apply
