About The Job

Ruan is now hiring for Class A CDL drivers based in the Detroit, MI area to deliver steel for our dedicated customer. These drivers will work a Monday through Friday schedule and will be home every day. Join the Ruan team and apply today! For more information, call us at 1-800-879-7826.

  • Monday through Friday, AM start times
  • Home daily 
  • Average $70,000 annually  
  • Assigned to your own day cab
  • Local deliveries
  • Weekends off 

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
