About the Job
Ruan is hiring local Class A CDL grocery delivery drivers based in Richmond, CA, to haul for our dedicated customer. Drivers will have multi stop deliveries using an electric pallet jack. This is a Collective bargaining operation with a union bid on schedules based on seniority. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.
Pay
Earn an average of $75,000 per year and $31.50 per hour with overtime after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Drivers are guaranteed 40-hour workweek. Paid weekly!
Schedule
Be home daily while working four to five days per week with each shift can be 8-12 hours per day. This operation has a union bid on schedule with schedules subject to change at rebid time. Current open schedule starts at approximately 2 p.m. with mid-weekdays off. Drivers must have chain experience and willingness to drive Reno and Tahoe routes year-round if needed.
Equipment
Day cab with refrigerated trailer. Driver assists via an electric pallet jack, snow chains for the mountains required. Snow chaining experience is required!

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- Additional qualifications will apply
- 9 Months of verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience in the past 3 years is required
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
