About the Job

Ruan is hiring a team of Class A CDL drivers to haul for our dedicated customer, Target, driver can base out of New Brighton, MN to support our Cedar Falls, IA operation. Enjoy no-touch freight on this account. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Drivers are paid $0.86 per mile split for all miles driven and $33 per stop split while averaging 5,000+ miles per week. Earn $246,700 team or $123,35000 per year per driver. Plus, an extra $50 weekly Safety and Permeance Bonus per driver! 

Schedule

Be home weekly with a consistent schedule and enjoy consecutive days off!   Current available schedules are Thursday to Monday or Friday to Tuesday starting between 4-10 p.m.

Equipment

Drive a sleeper cab with a power inverter and double bunk. This position is no-touch freight.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
  • Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
  • Additional qualifications will apply
