About the Job

Ruan is hiring straight truck delivery drivers to be based in Baltimore, MD, to haul and deliver freight for our dedicated customer. Class B CDL is preferred but not required. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Get paid weekly with activity-based pay, by the mile and per stop, averaging $62,000 - $64,000 per year.

Schedule

Minimum of four days per week, with the possibility of working up to six days depending on customer requirements, starting between 4-7 p.m. and working 11-to-12-hour shifts. This operation runs Monday through Saturday. Start times and shifts are subject to change depending on volume/customer needs. Must be flexible on days worked. Must be willing to travel to Richmond, VA, Charlotte, NC and other nearby locations. Paid for travel time to other locations, per diem and hotel/rental car. Manual load and unload.

Drive a 26' box truck with lift gate.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
