Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Newport, MI, to haul grocery items for our dedicated customer, Meijer! Enjoy no-touch freight and 95% drop and hook on this account! Pay

Drivers are paid at $0.63 per mile. Get paid $0.88 per mile during weekends and earn a $.10/mi production bonus when you drive more than 2000 miles/week.  Drivers running 2500 miles per week including weekends are earning $2,000+ per week! Pay increases over 7 years! Receive a $2,500 Sign On Bonus! 

Schedule

Enjoy a five-day work-week, with 2 consecutive days off! Currently offering Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Fri, Tuesday-Saturday schedules with various start times.  If you want to earn more, we have weekend schedules available as well.   Drivers operate within a 6-state radius. Drivers accrue 2 weeks of PTO in their first year!

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
  • Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
