Bonus Pay:

Ruan recognizes the fact that switching companies can be stressful. That’s why we are offering a $10,000 in bonuses, a $5,000 sign on bonus and a $5,000 Retention bonus. Sign-on bonus pay outs are $1,000 paid 30 days after hired, then 4 more equal payments quarterly until paid in full.  Retention Bonus is $2,000 paid after 4 months hired, then $1,000 after 5 months and final $2,000 after 6 months

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • One year of driving experience is required
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at before being hired
