About the Job
Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Tyler, TX, to haul retail store product for our dedicated customer, Target. This dry van position is drop and hook, or live loads for backhauls and no-touch freight. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.
Pay
Get paid weekly while earning an average of $60,000 plus per year for hybrid local, and overnight runs. Drivers are by paid miles, stops, and layovers, with a shift differential available for p.m. and weekend shifts. This operation provides a $50 weekly safety bonus!
Schedule
Be home mostly daily with a layover one to two times per week as required. Current schedules available are off, Monday and Tuesday or Tuesday and Wednesday starting between 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. Drivers typically work 10 to 12 hours per shift unless on a layover route.
Equipment
Drive a late-model Day Cab or Sleeper and haul retail product in 53' dry van trailers. Enjoy no-touch freight, live load/unload and drop and hook.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 22 years or older
-
No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
-
No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
-
With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired

9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
-
Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
