Ruan is now seeking a full time Shipping & Receiving Specialist at our distribution facility located in Olive Branch, MS. This is a 1^st Shift position from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Job responsibilities:

• Repackaging of products, auditing orders, and receiving product.
• Perform inventory counts, moves and fills orders, and uses barcode equipment and/or computers to update inventory records.
• Operates forklifts or other MHE to move materials as needed.
• Create shipping documents.
• Provide information and courteous service to customers, visitors and coworkers.
• Takes and gives paperwork to inbound and outbound drivers.
• Maintain 5S workspace organization methodology.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-2 years of forklift and inventory management experience
• Familiarity with and ability to utilize a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
