About the Job:

  • Utilizes a few web-based platforms such as Microsoft Sharepoint, Excel, as well as Verkda and other programs to ensure outside carrier semi drivers are admitted into the trucking yard at their appropriate time.
  • Populates accurate data into multiple operating systems to ensure accurate record of the customer’s material.
  • Communicates with non-Ruan drivers upon their arrival via web-based systems.
  • Communicate with Ruan Fleet and Warehouse team members to find solutions for schedule variance in person and using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Monday through Friday from 2 - 10:30 p.m. 

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years of inventory management experience
  • Familiarity with and ability to utilize a warehouse management system
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
