Ruan is hiring full-time Order Pickers on 1st and 2nd Shift at our distribution facility in Ankeny, Iowa. Job Duties Include:
  • Accurately pick orders using a wearable RF scanner.
  • Place merchandise on a double pallet jack according to the scanners directions.
  • Wrap pallets to ensure stability.
  • Deliver completed pallets to the proper area of the warehouse for loading.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Pay:

Earn $19.80 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential with overtime after 40 hours.

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday from 3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
  • Opportunities for overtime 

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent     
  • At least 1 year of previous order selecting, material handling, or similar experience preferred
  • Must be flexible with schedule and availability
  • Must be able to lift 60 lbs
