Complete this form to indicate the name of the team member that you referred to Ruan.

How to Submit a Referral 

  • Refer a qualified candidate to an open position at Ruan. 
  •  Have the candidate complete an application.
  • Ensure the candidate includes your first and last name in the referral section of the application and selects "Employee Referral" in the drop down when asked "How did you hear about us?"
  • Driver Recruiting or Human Resources will verify eligibility and process referral payments through your regular paycheck once your referral has been hired.
