Support recruiting teams with clerical duties.  Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for hiring managers and candidates, to include helping with initial applicant screening.
  • Verifying applicant’s past employment history.
  • Maintaining candidate database and entering new hire profiles.
  • Running background reports.
  • Scheduling calls and interviews.
  • Coordinate hiring activities.
  • Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters).
  • Answering job hotline calls  performing initial phone screens.
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Greet and assist candidates onsite.
  • Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates.
  • Process background checks.
  • Data entry of all new hire’s profiles into the dashboard.
  • Maintain Database for E I-9 Compliance.
  • Process lease files for contract work.
  • In-depth research & anticipates needs.
  • Resolve issues quickly (e.g. interview cancellations).
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail/problem solver.
  • Resourcefulness – quick learner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
  • Outstanding communication skills.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
Course(s) of Study: Prefer college graduate for career progression opportunities. 
1-2 years’ experience with high call volume, data entry and customer service.
