About the Job

Ruan is hiring full time, regional drivers based in the Des Moines, IA area to deliver machine parts and finished goods in dry van trailers for our dedicated customer. This job has flexible scheduling and routing. We want to build this job for you!


  • Earn up to $90K Average Annual, $7,500 per month average
  • Paid 49 CPM (Hub Miles) $21/stop and $30 per diem
  • NEW $10,000 sign on bonus paid out within 6 months of employment



  • Home weekly with weekend home time

  • Most of the time, backhauls are known before you leave for your run
  • Drivers could have dedicated lanes with multi stops per load.
  • Drivers will average between 2,400 to 3,000+ miles and 6 stops per week. 



  • Assigned trucks, 2018 Freightliners
  • Drivers never have to load or unload freight, just secure their loads. No touch Freight (Load Securement only)
  • All trucks are detailed with brand new mattresses before you start, making your transition easy and seamless.




Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor/trailer experience
