About the Job

We are now hiring for local yard spotters to be based out of the Delta, OH, area for our dedicated customer, Heidtman Steel. This position requires previous yard spotter experience.  For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Earn $26 per hour with over time after 40 hours. 

Schedule

Enjoy a Sunday through Thursday schedule with a start time between 9-10 p.m. Yard Spotters on this account work 8-10 hours per night. Previous yard and flatbed experience required.

Equipment

Operate a yard tractor with 53' flatbed trailers. Load securement required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
