Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Hybrid option could be available for the right candidate.

Provide administrative support to the following groups: warranty, asset management and corporate maintenance teams. Assisting the team members by organizing records, preparing and processing documents and a variety of routine to moderately difficult administrative tasks. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the warranty, asset management and corporate maintenance teams, including but not limited to assembling and sending out return requests, update manufacturer websites with tracking, weekly reports and reconciliation of credit memos and checks. 
  • Organize, file and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports for any legal requests around orders.
  • Provide customer service for maintenance staff, customers, vendors and support staff.
  • Process documents and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Preform minor supplier claim writings and claim scanning as needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as requested. 
 
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in clerical, transportation, administrative or related experiences.
  • Must have excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with the ability to become proficient in multiple systems.
  • Strong ability to multitask, remain extremely organized and stay focus on following up on all projects or tasks that may need additional assistance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Proven ability to independently process, analyze and report data.
