Administrative Logistics Coordinator
The Administrative Logistics Coordinator is responsible for dispatching and track and trace activities that support the Brokerage Team in accomplishing planned transportation and communicating deviations as they occur to ensure service expectations are met.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for dispatching activities to include speaking with drivers prior to pick up and communicating knowdeviations from planned service to appropriate personnel. 
  • Track and Trace pick-ups, in-transit, and emptying of loads, entering information accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Responsible for Track and Trace compliance metrics (Macro Point, 4Kites, Trucker Tools, etc.), and must therefore be fluent in each platform’s app and functionality to ensure driver compliance.
  • Learn driver / carrier lane preferences and frequency and share info with Brokers + Carrier Development.
  • Detention monitoring and communication to CSRs, Acct Manager, and Broker-of-Record. Replies to customer status emails.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
    Course(s) of study:  Supply Chain, Logistics, marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Brokerage, Customer Service, Operations, Sales.
