About the Job

Ruan is now hiring full-time Inventory Control Specialists at our distribution facility in Greencastle, PA to monitor and maintain transaction processing and accuracy in our Warehouse Management (JDA) System. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Job responsibilities:

  • Compile and keep records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies. 
  • Conduct counts of inventory and post totals. 
  • Generate/update reports to track warehouse progress throughout the year.
  • Verify record computations against physical count of inventory. 
  • Investigate and report reasons for discrepancies.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Schedule:

Enjoy a Monday – Friday, mid-shift schedule from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Pay:

$24 per hour with overtime after 40 hours

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years of inventory management experience
  • Familiarity with and ability to utilize a warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate/respond to management, customers, suppliers, supervisors, and warehouse personnel.
  • Effectively able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
