Congratulations to Ruan’s ten 2025 Driver of the Year Winners’ Circle Honorees!

In May 2026, we announced 164 driver finalists as part of Ruan’s 2025 Driver of the Year Program. From an outstanding group of finalists, senior leaders selected their top ten truck drivers to represent the Winners’ Circle from our operations across the country. This elite group was nominated by their incredible embodiment of Ruan’s Guiding Principles, with a special focus on safety, professionalism, and exceptional performance.

This September, Driver Honorees will travel to Des Moines, Iowa, to participate in Ruan’s Driver and Operation of the Year event and be recognized for their remarkable achievements. One driver will be named the 2025 Driver of the Year.
