Ruan Reflects on the 2025 Year with Gratitude and Astonishment

Dec 16, 2025

As Ruan wraps up an incredible year in 2025 marked by advancements in technology, a strong focus on safety, meaningful community involvement, industry awards and recognition, and celebrations of our exceptional teams, we’re eager for what’s to come in 2026.

Throughout the year, we reached several key milestones, including 240 million miles driven, 28 startups and expansions managed, 93 years of service by Ruan, and millions of people served across our supply chains. Check out our year-in-review below!

Technology Advancements

Our technology team remains focused on advancing technological improvements that better support our operations and customers. Earlier this year, we fully converted to Geotab as our new Electronic Logging Device (ELD) provider. This implementation provides daily oversight into compliance, maintenance, and safety reporting within the organization.

We also deployed our first fleet-based execution platform through Mastery Logistics in Nampa, ID, with the goal of building a flexible, future-ready system that enhances visibility, automation, and performance across our transportation network. This continued collaboration will help transform the logistics industry through technology, data-driven decision-making, and operational innovation.
