At Ruan, professional drivers are critical to our success. As new drivers join our team, we offer an onboarding training experience including standard orientation and ongoing training. The driver onboarding experience provides our drivers the tools and training they need to successfully perform their jobs with special focus on safety, customer service, and teamwork. This process begins at Ruan Driver Training Centers throughout the country, with ongoing training continuing after drivers return to their local operations.
