Each fall represents a transition period between the current and upcoming plan years. When reviewing the online enrollment materials, please make sure you are looking at the correct plan year as the options and/or premium prices may be different.
2016 Open Enrollment: November 7 - 22
New members hired mid-September through October will have a few weeks or days of 2015 coverage before the new plan year begins on January 1. This means you will need to enroll twice; once for 2015 and again for 2016. Please refer to the special dual-year enrollment instructions included in your enrollment letter or contact Human Resources at 1-800-845-6675 option 4. November hires will start coverage after the first of the year, so refer to the 2016 enrollment materials when making a benefits decision.
Current team members should review the 2016 materials and elect their 2016 benefit options during the Open Enrollment period. If you experience a qualified life event (i.e., marriage, divorce, new baby, etc.) before the end of the year, please contact Human Resources at 1-800-845-6675 option 4. You have 30 days from the date of the event to make changes to your existing 2015 benefit elections.
