Digital Marketing Manager
 
Ruan has a great opportunity to join our marketing team! The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for development of online marketing strategies as well as tactical implementation of marketing campaigns across a variety of online outlets, including search engines, social media, websites, and email platforms. Builds strategies to publish display, paid social, SEM, retargeting and web advertisements. Collaborates with various departments, direct reports, and leadership to deliver results-driven digital campaigns.  Reviews and measures performance of digital campaigns against their marketing goals. Reports on and presents results and refines tactics to further optimize digital campaign results and reach wider audiences online.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Creates and monitors progress of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including strategy and implementation, budgets, and reporting.
  • Manages company SEO, SEM and retargeting as well as paid social campaigns.
  • Gathers and distributes relevant metrics and analysis of digital assets.
  • Understands and implements the latest in digital trends and technology - to include email marketing, paid search, paid social, mobile marketing and content marketing.
  • Supervises and provides leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising, rewarding, developing, and succession planning to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven digital advertising and marketing experience and supervisory experience.
  • Must possess strategic planning as well as hands on tactical skills required to develop and implement multi-touch digital marketing campaigns and web content.  
  • Stays current with emerging digital marketing opportunities. 
  • Proven experience managing direct reports and vendors. 
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, set priorities, and accomplish duties of position with little supervision and direction.  
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML as well as data analysis and technology tools such as Google Analytics, FB Insights, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Adobe Creative Suites required.  
  • Extensive experience with predominant digital tools to implement & measure online campaigns 
  • Google certification and other digital marketing & web development /optimization certificates preferred.
  • Strong writer, communicator, team builder, collaborator, problem solver and project manager.
  • Understands website metrics, web content development, UX and SEO best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of email marketing, paid search, and paid social - marketing automation a plus.
  • Well versed in using social media as a marketing tool and content creation best practices for social.
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with technology including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point.
