About the Job

Ruan is hiring straight truck delivery drivers to be based in Des Moines, IA, to haul and deliver freight for our dedicated customer. Class B License is preferred but not required. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Earn $22.50 per hour, plus overtime after 40 hours.

Schedule

Be home daily with a Monday through Saturday schedule with a 430-6 p.m. start time. Minimum of four to five days per week, with the possibility of working up to six days depending on customer requirements, working 10-to-12-hour shifts. This operation runs Monday through Saturday. Start times and shifts are subject to change depending on volume/customer needs. Must be flexible on days worked.

Drive a 26' box truck with lift gate.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
