About the Job

Ruan is now hiring Class A CDL drivers to spot trailers and/or haul hardware supplies in dry van trailers for our dedicated customer based in Milbank, SD! For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Earn $24.50 per hour with overtime after 40 per week. Plus, you can earn a $50 weekly safety bonus! Enjoy an average 40% to 60% employee discount on United Hardware products!

Schedule

This opportunity offers a 4-day workweek from Monday through Thursday with an occasional Friday, starting 5am and working to 3 p.m. or 5 p.m. during peak season.  

Equipment

Drivers use a yard tractor when spotting trailers or may run a shuttle or load on occasion using a 2024 Freightliner Sleeper with preloaded 53' dry van trailers, using a power assist jack to tailgate pallets with some driver unload.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
