Flatbed Home Daily CDL Truck Driver | Guaranteed Weekly Pay

Ruan is looking for Class A CDL drivers to be based in Nashville, TN, to haul bricks, building and masonry products in flatbed trailers for our dedicated customer, US Brick.

Pay

Get paid weekly with an activity-based pay structure of $0.57 per mile and $36.05 per stop. There is a minimum guaranteed weekly pay of $1,100 per week.

Schedule

Be home daily with a Monday through Friday schedule, starting at 5:30 a.m. and averaging 9 to 10 hours per day. All deliveries are completed during daylight hours—no deliveries after dark.

Equipment

Drive a late-model Day Cab and haul flatbed trailers equipped with a Moffett forklift. Drivers are required to unload at residential job sites. Flatbed and Moffett experience are preferred but not required.

Flatbed Flex CDL Truck Driver | Activity-Based Pay

Ruan is looking for Class A CDL Regional Flex drivers to haul bricks, building and masonry products in flatbed trailers for our dedicated customer, US Brick.

Pay

Get paid weekly with an activity-based pay structure: $0.62 per mile, $27.99 per stop, and $50 per day while traveling. Drivers are guaranteed a minimum weekly pay of $1,200. Travel expenses, including hotel accommodations, rental cars, and flights, will be covered by Ruan.

Schedule

This flex position plays a key role in supporting multiple locations for our dedicated customer. Drivers may be assigned to various customer locations in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and possibly South Carolina. Occasional weekend travel may be required, depending on the assigned location. Drivers will support local deliveries at each location, working a Monday through Friday schedule starting at 5:30 a.m., with an average of 9 to 10 hours per day.

Dry Van CDL Driver | Average $75,000 per Year

Ruan is looking for Class A CDL drivers to be based in Nashville, TN, to haul and deliver freight for our dedicated customer.

Pay

Get paid weekly while earning an average of $75,000 per year and $1,450 per week with regular pay increases.

Schedule

This opportunity has a Monday through Friday schedule with early morning start times. Shuttle trailers between Nashville, TN, and Southaven, MS, with daily round trips, five days a week. The position primarily involves no-touch, drop-and-hook freight, with occasional warehouse deliveries as needed. Enjoy a consistent schedule and being home multiple times a week!

Straight Truck Driver | Activity Based Pay

Ruan is hiring straight truck delivery drivers to haul and deliver freight for our dedicated customer, based in Nashville, TN. Class B License is preferred but not required.

Pay

Get paid weekly while earning $0.532 per mile and $12.63 per stop, averaging $60,000 per year.

Schedule

Minimum of four days per week, with the possibility of working up to six days depending on customer requirements, starting between 4-7 p.m. This operation runs Monday through Saturday nights. Start times and shifts are subject to change depending on volume/customer needs. Must be flexible on days worked. Willing to travel to Birmingham, AL, Memphis, TN and other nearby locations. Travel time will be paid along with per diem, hotel and car rental.

Ruan is hiring a Class A CDL drivers for A.M. shifts to be based in Smyrna, TN, to haul for our dedicated customer, Publix Supermarkets.

Pay

Get paid weekly and receive a quarterly loyalty bonus of $0.01 cents per mile driven for 0-2 years of service, $0.02 cents per mile for 2-5 years, and $0.03 cents per mile for 5+ years! A.m. shifts average $65,000 per year with a guaranteed rate of $998 per week and $24.96 per hour. P.m. shifts average $100,000 per year with a guaranteed rate of $1,134.25 per week and a starting rate of $0.59 per mile and $16.25 per stop/drop and hook.

Schedule

Be home daily with a five-day workweek with weekends required and two consecutive days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. P.m. shifts available starting between 8 p.m. - 12 a.m. This operation runs 24/7.

Must be at least 22 years or older
No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
Additional qualifications will apply
With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
