Perform a variety of administrative, office support / customer service duties to ensure the workflow within a driver training center which may creating training materials, coordinating travel with telephone and email communication.  Must be a multi-tasker!
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, statements, and/or other documents using word processing, spreadsheets, database, or presentation software.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and appropriate dissemination.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Organizes and maintains schedules, calendars, meetings, conferences and/or travel arrangements.
  • Process documents and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performs other job-related duties and special projects as needed. 
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Administrative Assistant AAS Degree or related field of study.
  • 1-2 years in an administrative support role.
  • Must have basic knowledge of business procedures and organizational structure. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Employee must also have a strong working knowledge of MS Office software that includes MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  
  • Employee must have the ability to retain strong professional demeanor and rapport with management and customers. 
  • Must have strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills with basic business composition skills.
