With the constantly changing factors that accompany any organization, it’s important to continually adapt and strive to improve our services. Customer satisfaction is critical, as we know satisfied customers are the key to any successful business.
That’s why we incorporated a Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) program in 2010. It was developed to measure key aspects of our overall performance and help us improve to better meet customer needs.
